Occupying two floors, the holiday let sleeps up to eight people. There are four bedrooms, one of them is fitted with a double bed, the others enjoy single beds. One the of bathrooms has a shower, the other one is equipped with a bathtub with a shower faucet. There is an additional guest toilet in the apartment. The property benefits from a spacious living-dining room featuring a TV area with a CD-DVD player and a TV with international channels accessing a balcony. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a short or long stay and offers you a fridge and a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a blender, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a grill, a hob, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. The luxury apartment is located in a secure building boasting a private garden accessible only by the residents of the building.

From that point you can walk by the pedestrian Gaudi street and reach the Sant Pau Hospital, other great work of this architect and artist. The Poblenou District has a very easy access to all the great highlights around town and offer a variety of options for you to enjoy the city with an extremely good transportation system. Check-out before 11:00.
A late check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 has a charge of 10 EUR. A late check-in between 22:00 and 00:00 has a charge of 20 EUR. A late check-in after 00:00 has a charge of 30 EUR. A check-in during holidays has a charge of 10 EUR.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% divided into two payments, of 15% and of 25%, in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent and the security deposit either in cash or by credit card. The security deposit will be returned to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Only cancellations done in written by email are considered to be valid. A change of dates is considered to be a new booking. In this case standard cancellation policy enters into force. In case of cancellation the reservation deposit (40%) is non-refundable.
