Luxury Villas Costa Blanca : This modern house is set within just 800 m from the beach on the beautiful Costa Blanca. The villa features AC, an alarm system, a heating system and wifi. It has four complete bedrooms, four bathrooms with bathtubs, five separate toilets and four shower rooms. The place enjoys a totally-equipped stylish kitchen fitted with a four-burners hob, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, an oven, a wine cellar, a set of kitchenware and tableware and plenty of other amenities you might need during your stay. There is a cooking island The laundry facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The house offers its guests a lovely dining room and a living room fitted with entertainment facilities: books, a TV with international channels, a DVD player, a stereo system. The outside area boasts a private pool and enjoys fantastic views over Benidorm and the sea. There is a BBQ and several furnished lounge areas.

Payment Policy

Para alquilar la propiedad hay que pagar un depósito de reserva del 40% (dividido en dos partes: al principio se paga el 10%, después se paga el 30%) del precio total de alquiler. Un mes antes de la llegada hay que pagar el resto junto con la fianza. La fianza se devuelve después de la salida si no hay destrozos y desperfectos de la propiedad.

Cancellation Policy

En caso de cancelación de la reserva más de un mes antes de la llegada el depósito de reserva no es reembolsable. En caso de cancelación de la reserva un mes (o menos) antes de la llegada: 100% del coste de alquiler no es reembolsable.
