This Costa Brava holiday home is located atop a cliff in Begur on the first sea line. Boasting fantastic sea views, the luxury villa for rent in Costa Brava enjoys a direct access to the beach. The property consists of two buildings. The main villa covers 400 m2 and has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two single bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from a private bathroom with a shower, a lounge area and a dressing room. It boasts wonderful se a views and has a direct access to the garden and the terrace. The bathroom of the second bedroom also has a shower, as well as the third bathroom belonging to the single rooms. The latter ones enjoys sea views. At the far end of the house, there is a guest wc. The common areas include a living room divided into three spaces. There is a TV area, a reading area and a sitting one. The room has access to the terrace overlooking the sea. Further on, you will find a dining room and a kitchen. Fitted with a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a toaster, a fridge freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer. Right behind the laundry there is an additional service twin bedroom with a bathroom. The summer house is located on the plot on the side. The holiday home floors cover 190 m2. There is a large dining room opening onto a terrace with stunning sea views, a summer kitchen, a guest wc and a TV lounge. Sleeping facilities include two bedrooms. One is fitted with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, the other one enjoys twins. Both bedrooms benefit from sea views. The garden features two chill-out areas and a private swimming pool, a BBQ, a garage for three cars and a parking area for two further vehicles. The main house has AC.

Additional Information

Limpieza diaria: Maid services of 3 hours from Monday to Saturday are included.

Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Gastos de alquiler: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.

Servicio de consierge

Limpieza final: Final cleaning for stays of 7 nights and more is included. For shorter stays, it shall be paid, 150 EUR.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Friday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
