This fantastic Marbella seafront villa is located in the Golden Mile, the most prestigious area of Costa del Sol between Puerto Banus and Marbella town. Boasting direct access to the beach and stunning sea views, the house is a perfect option for a big group of friends. Covering 2700 m2, it has 10 bedrooms and sleeps 20 people. The ground floor features a sitting room, an indoor pool a large Jacuzzi, a sauna, a Turkish bath, showers and a games room. Sleeping facilities of this floor include five double bedrooms. All have en-suite bathroom,  private terrace and enjoy direct access to the garden. The first floor has a spacious entrance hall, three reception rooms, a bar, a dining room, a kitchen with an al-fresco dining, a cinema, a guest WC and two en-suite bedrooms. One of them has a disabled-friendly bathroom. The second floor has a huge master bedroom with an office, two dressing areas and bathrooms, and two further en-suite bathrooms with terraces. Five bedrooms can be laid out as twins. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 35% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 25%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
