Este apartamento espacioso de lujo es una fusión de lo clásico y lo moderno. Se sitúa en un edificio histórico en el mismo centro de la ciudad; aquí pueden alojarse hasta 10 personas. El piso dispone de dos habitaciones con camas extra-grandes (king-size), una habitación con una cama grande (queen-size) y dos habitaciones con dos camas separadas en cada una. Hay cuatro baños en total. Las dos habitaciones principales (con camas king size) y el salón tienen acceso directo a una terraza espaciosa a través de las puertas de cristal modernistas espectaculares hechas a mano. La terraza dispone de varias plantas y muebles para tomar un desayuno o aperitivo o tomar el sol. La cocina está totalmente equipada. En el salón encontrarán un área de relajación con sofás y sillas separado del comedor por columnas auténticas. El comedor, situado justo enfrente de la terraza, la cual podrán ver perfectamente como la pared es de cristal, dispone de una mesa para 10 personas. En el salón de este piso de lujo ubicado en el pleno centro de Barcelona, lleno de las tiendas de lujo y buenos restaurantes y a pocos metros de las obras magníficas de Antonio Gaudí, podrán disfrutar de su privacidad y tranquilidad. Hay calefacción, aire acondicionado, ascensor. Es una opción perfecta para un viaje familiar, con amigos, o para un viaje de negocios.

Paseo de Gracia, the most emblematic avenue in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Paseo de Gracia is a place where stores, shops, boutiques, restaurants, terraces and public transport can be found. It is well connected by major underground and bus routes. Staying at Paseo de Gracia will be assured by easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and a great spot to explore everything that this fantastic city has to offer. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in the area called Eixample which is the hart of Barcelona. This area is made up mostly of wide, open boulevards filled with modernist architecture. There is a lot of high end shopping. But it's also possible to stroll through and drop in to a bookstore or stop for a cup of coffee or a beer and people-watch from one of the many terrace cafes. Along Paseo de Gracia are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Additional Information

Limpieza diaria: General cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms of 2 hours on the working days is included. Additional cleaning on weekends and holidays can be organized for 15 EUR per hour and clening lady with the minimum of 3 hours.

Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 17:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Check-in & Check-out after 21:00 and before 9:00 costs 50 EUR.
Check-in & Check-out on the weekend costs 50 EUR.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 40% of the rent  in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash. The security deposit will be blocked on a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation more than 2 weeks before arrival, but less than 1 month before arrival 50% of the total rent shall be paid. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival, the total rent shall be paid.

My family was extremely pleased with Amarante Villas. The property was beautiful and Natalia, our concierge, was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She answered all of our requests immediately. The driver she arranged was also extremely pleasant and helpful. The only service we would have appreciated would be to have had coffee and tea provided for along with milk and sugar. We were extremely tired after our trip and had to find the local store for this. In the past, homes have also provided fresh fruit and cheese and crackers. Not a requirement, just a suggestion! Thank you again for your wonderful accommodations!
