Holiday Apartments Paris : Located in the centre of Paris, this luxury holiday rental will become a great threshold for the city exploration. The apartment is located withina  short walking distance from the famous Louvre, Opéra (Palais Garnier), Galerie Vivienne, Hotel des Ventes Drouot and the fancy Montorgueil with its trendy shops, bars and cafes. The Elegant Apartment Paris sleeps up to four guests. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.The master bedrooms is outfitted with a queen-size bed, the other bedrooms has twin beds of 80 cm each. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub with a shower faucet, the other one enjoys a shower. The luxury apartment features a totally equipped kitchen provided with a fridge freezer, a food processor, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, a coffee maker, a hob, an oven, kitchenware and tableware pieces. Among the laundry facilities you will find an iron and an ironing board. The property benefits from AC in the bedrooms and the living room, WIFI, safebox, iPod dock and TV with international channels.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
