Luxury Villas Florence : An elegant rental property close to Montaione, situated in one of the most astonishing areas of the region, will be your perfect holiday letting. This wonderful house welcomes you and 11 friends or family members to relax and have a great time in Tuscany. On the ground floor there is a living and dining room with fireplace and a table that comfortably seats 14 people, an additional dining table for 4/6 persons and a guest bathroom. Next to the totally-equipped kitchen there is a pantry with fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, which can be accessed by internal staircase, there are five double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower (one with bath and shower), and a small twin / double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The all property has the air conditioning. Outside, you find a loggia and garden illuminated at night. Forget about all your problems and just relax under the sun near the fresh swimming pool (14m x 7m) with whirlpool bath, solarium with sun beds and umbrellas. Enjoy the silence and take a walk to a porch with wrought iron furniture, a paved courtyards with flower pots and a detached terraced gardens fenced at a lower level.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
