Luxury Holiday Lets Koh Samui : Overlooking the bay, this design house for rent offers its guest a serene vacation. Featuring several furnished terraces, including a rooftop yoga deck, a pond lounge and a pool deck, this exclusive property in Thailand, becomes a great option for those who want to stay altogether but still have a lot of space. The villa sleeps up to six adults, a child and a baby. There are three bedrooms, all of them are fitted with king-size beds. A single bed for a child and a baby cot can be provided upon request. Four complete bathrooms are equipped with rain showers and big bathtubs. The open-air living room is located right in front of the private pool and enjoys stunning ocean views. The house features a TV lounge with a stereo system, a TV with cable channels and a DVD player with an extensive music and video library. The kitchen is perfectly fitted for carefree holidays. Safe boxes and hairdryers are found in all the bedrooms. There is parking space on the premises.

Baan Plai Laem is an excellent place to enjoy silence and tranquillity, something that is becoming harder and harder to find on Koh Samui. Here you won't see large hotels or resorts, no construction cranes. If you want to enjoy natural beauty of a tropical island beach, this is a perfect destination for you. The white and sofat sandy beach stretches for 2 km. Thanks to its coral reefs, the water is warm and calm, so it’s great for swimming and snorkeling. You’ll catch a sight of some occasional Thai fisherman or visitor passing by, but it’ll seem like your own private beach. This place is perfect for relaxation and if it all becomes too private and peaceful, you can reach the bustling area of Chaweng in fifteen minutes or Bophut in ten. Both of them have a big variety of restaurants, bars and nightlife options. The beach enjoys some local shops selling basic necessities within a walking distance. A bit longer walk will take you to a few bars and restaurants. There you can get the best seafood in the area. As the sea is pretty shallow in this part of Koh Samui, there are no jet skis and motorboats around, so the area stays quiet all day. It is a great place for sunbathing and reading.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
