Holiday Villas Koh Samui : Enjoying spectacular sea views and a 180m private beach, this luxury rental property is a perfect retreat for those tired of the city fuss and bother. Spirit-minded and made with the use of materials and pieces gathered all around the world, the house is surrounded by manicured tropical gardens and features several outside furnished areas. Catering up to 14 guests, the place has seven bedrooms, two of which are in the tree houses. Five bedrooms are fitted with king-size bed, three of them enjoy ensuite shower bathrooms, the fourth has an outdoor bathroom with a bathtub and the fifth share a shower bathroom with another bedroom and has a dressing area. One of the rooms benefits from a HD projector with a large screen and a private lawn terrace. Further sleeping facilities include a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin bedroom. The queen-size bedroom features an outdoor bathroom, while the twin shares a shower bathroom with the fifth, king-size, bedroom. All the rooms have TV with international channels, DVD players and safe boxes. The luxury house boasts a comfortable lounge area with an HD projector and a spacious al-fresco dining area settled by the pool with a huge table that seats up to 24 people.

Located on the south-east of Koh Samui, Laem Set is a tranquil and picturesque beach. Its stunning coastline and beautiful natural setting will fascinate visitors unlike any other place on the island. Situated between Hua Thanon and Bang Kao resorts, Laem Set reminds a village. It is similarly quiet and one of Samui's last remaining traditional fishing fleets. The village has a charming atmosphere and it is worth visiting to see the island life before the mass tourism started. You will see here fishermen's elegantly painted boats and fish market. Feel the real taste of true Samui cuisine at bargain-basement prices in one of the seafood restaurants by the seaside. This place is perfect for a quiet holiday, but just in 15 minutes you can reach the bustling area of Lamai Beach, Samui's second-largest resort, for some entertainment and shopping. Nothing is very far away on an island of this size. Laem Set is a very comfortable place for relaxation that provides a great opportunity to enjoy nature and peace away from crowded resorts and noisy areas. It is the best location to take children to see animals, and it is also one of the best spots to practice yoga, tai chi and other traditional forms of healing and wellness.

Traslado aeropuerto: Private, insured, direct airport transfers to and from the villa are complimentary (one each way). A villa manager will meet and greet you at the airport ensuring your transfer to the villa is smooth and effortless. For split parties (i.e. parties with multiple arrival or depature times) additional (or where complimentary transfers not applicable) airport transfers can be booked for US$45 each way.

Sabanas y Toallas: Bed linen is changed every third day, while pool towels are changed as necessary.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
