Luxury Rentals : This stunning villa located between the Surin Beach and the Laem Singh Beach just before the hills of Kamala offers breathtaking views over Surin Beach. The three storey house comprises four bedrooms and sleeps eight people. On the entrance level there is a living sala outfitted with comfortable sofas and armchairs. This is a perfect spot for watching a movie on the state of the art cinema screen. The living room also features a balcony and a shaded al-fresco dining area. Outside you will see manicured garden with pavilion and 20 metre infinity swimming pool. Next to the pool are stairs, that lead to the lower level. There you will find play room and two bedrooms. One bedroom is outfitted with queen size bed, while the other one has king size bed. Both suites feature balcony areas and en-suite bathrooms with shower. On the upper level, there is a master bedroom. This room has a stunning traditional Thai wooden clad roof, walk in wardrobe, study area and bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. Outfitted with king size bed, Apple TV and DVD player it was made to relax and forget about all troubles.

Naturally beautiful Surin is known as 'Millionaire's Row' because of the high end villas on hills overlooking the bay. Top celebrities like to stay there, as they can get away from the crowds. Pristine white sand beach and turquoise waters have ensured that the picturesque beach is very popular with tourists and Thais alike. Although, it's not a busy resort town and is more like a coastal village. The area has couple high-end restaurants and wine bars, where you can enjoy gourmet traditional meals.
Take a short walk to Laem Singh Beach, one of Phuket's most beautiful beaches. Situated under a steep promontory, nestled in a hidden bay surrounded by palm trees and dotted with giant boulders, this 150 meters coastline has a feeling of secret beach. Because of its limited size, Laem Singh gets crowded during the high season but is pleasantly busy during low season sunny days. The northern part of the beach is good for boarding and swimming, while the southern part with the rocks is excellent for. Don't forget to keep some of your lunch bread to feed the fishes, as hundred of them with surround you within seconds. Pristine white sand beach lined by palm trees and turquoise waters make this place a small paradise, perfect for active holidays.

Check in/out policy
Check-in is normally 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 a.m. Early/Late Check in/Check out: is subject to availability and is charged at 50% of the daily rate. After 18:00 a full days rate is applicable.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 65% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 50%. The remaining 35% is due latest within 60 days prior to arrival. A 10% security deposit of no less than 925 EUR is required at the time of check in to cover any breakages or damages to the villa or its contents. Security deposit will be returned upon check out following a full inspection of the villa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the entire rental amount will be forfeited. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, the Lessor will forfeit 65% of the rental amount.
