Besiktas is located in the European part of Istanbul, and is washed on the east by the Bosphorus that made it in its time an important harbour for Barbarossa and the Ottoma armies, caravans trading in Anatolia and the Silk Road. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the total payment. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit (20%) is non-refundable. If the booking is made for a stay of 30 days or more, 100% of the reservation price will be charged in case of cancellation. If the booking is made for a stay of less than 30 days, and the you cancel more than 7 days before the arrival date, then no additional penalty will be applied. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show in less than 7 days before the arrival 100% of the reservation will be charged.
