Besiktas is located in the European part of Istanbul, and is washed on the east by the Bosphorus that made it in its time an important harbour for Barbarossa and the Ottoma armies, caravans trading in Anatolia and the Silk Road. Neighbouring Sariyer and Sisli, Kagithan, Beyoglu and Uskudar, the area is perfectly well communicated with the rest of Istanbul by public transport, including dozens of buses and ferries parting from Besiktas. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the total payment. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit (20%) is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 7 days or more before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit, the 50% of the total price shall be paid. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show in less than 7 days 100% of the reservation will be charged.
