Situated in a peaceful area of Catalonia, this charming Costa Brava villa for rent will become a perfect option for a family of up to 10 people. The house is distributed over one level and is a good option for people with reduced mobility. There is a spacious living area, a kitchen and four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds. One of them enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and would be great for children. The fourth one has two single beds and a pull-out bed. They share two bedrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a coffee maker, a fridge freezer, kitchenware and tableware. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, an iron and a board. Outside, the property boasts a private pool with a lounge area, a BBQ and a parking area. The house is equipped with an alarm and heating.

We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. If you expect it to be absolutely rural and not developed, full of farms and far from the civilization then you are completely wrong, because this part of Spain is to keep your eyes wide open and your mouth agape with all you can find here. Forget about your work, forget about the everyday routine, dip into your dreams. Be closer to art – travel to the fishing village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breathe the scent of herbs in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvellous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located in El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deep sea fishing. Go horse riding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but couldn´t find the time.

Additional Information
Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Gastos de alquiler: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
Limpieza final: A final cleaning for stays of one week and over is included. A final cleaning for shorter stays shall be paid, 80 EUR.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Friday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
