This traditional Myconian vacation rental is situated in Ano Mera town in a small villa complex. Thanks to its location, you will have an easy access to the local shops and cafes. Within a short drive of 5 minutes from three beaches, the property will become a good base for the island exploration. It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms fitted with queen-size beds and two bathrooms. One of them has a shower, the other one enjoys a hot tub. There is an open kitchen featuring a fridge freezer, a microwave, a hob, an oven, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. The indoor dining table seats six. The living area is fitted with a flat-screen TV and a sofa, there is WIFI. Outside, you will find an al-fresco dining area and a lounge area. A portable BBQ is available upon request. The holiday home on Mykonos is fitted with AC, in-room safeboxes. The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 15% and leave a credit card authorization for the charge of the rest together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than 14 nights before arrival in middle and low season and 21 nights before arrival in high season, further 70% shall be paid. Incase of no show or early departure, 100% shall be paid.
