Luxury Villas Tuscany : This typical and exclusive villa located 50 km from Siena dates from the middle age. Over the centuries many noble families have turned this holiday house into their country seat: coats of arms, paintings and frescoes are thwe best evidence of this. This elegant and majestic property is the ideal place to stay and enjoy your holiday with your family and friends; sleeps up to 24 people is composed by the main building and two annexes in the park. There are five suites and three double bedrooms; the suites have a living room, double bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower and the three double bedrooms have private bathrooms. Inside the park there are three apartments, two of which (sleep two) with a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The third one (sleeps four) composed of a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower. This luxury villa has the air conditioning, the satellite TV, a telephone, a mini bar, hair dryer, a dishwasher and all the equipment you could need. It has a large Italian style furnished garden, a swimming pool with hydro massage, a small private chapel, a private car park and a barbecue.

The territory has numerous remains from the Middle Age: walking through its countryside, you can admire impressive abbeys and characteristic small towns, which preserve their original appearance to this day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
