This apartment rental benefits from a wonderful location right by one of the nicest beaches of Barcelona, Mar Bella, and a chic half pedestrian street Rambla de Poblenou. it is located in the neighborhood of Poblenou, an upcoming area of Barcelona that has undergone a major development lately. A lot of new restaurants, cafes, bars and shops got opened and it became a popular place for guests of Barcelona as it is situated next to the city center and the beach and within a comfortable drive or walk from the clubbing area. The beach can be reached in 4 minutes, nice and chic bars and restaurants can be found on Rambla de Poblenou street just in a 2 minutes´walk while Barcelona city center lies in about 10 minutes´drive. You can get there either driving, or by taxi or by public transport including bus and metro.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 15% upon confirmation. For standard rates, the first night will be charged on a credit card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) 7 days before arrival The balance shall be paid upon arrival either in cash or by credit card. For a non-refundable rate, 100% shall be paid upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival when a standard rate is applied, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 7 days before arrival or less when a standard rate is applied, the reservation deposit and the first night are non-refundable. In case of cancellation when a non-refundable rate is applied, 100% of the rent will be retained.
