It offers you all the commodities for a comfortable family or friends stay. This parquet-floored apartments sleeps up to four people. There is a cosy bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. You can access both one bedroom from the other one, opening the sliding door, and also access the passway. The bedrooms share a complete bathroom equipped with a bath and a shower faucet. There is living dining room with a sitting TV area. The apartment is connected to the cable TV and is equipped with an iPod station. There is a dining area that sits up to seven people and a separate totally-equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker and all the utensils needed for a comfortable stay. Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Payment Policy
Para alquilar la propiedad hay que pagar un depósito de reserva del 20% del precio total de alquiler. Cuando entren, hay que pagar el resto junto con la fianza mediante una tarjeta de crédito o en efectivo.
Cancellation Policy
En caso de cancelación de la reserva el depósito de reserva no es reembolsable.
En caso de cancelación de la reserva 72 horas (o menos) antes de la llegad: hay que abonar la primera noche de la estancia.
