Holiday Apartments Costa Brava : This is a cozy house with a jacuzzi sitting right next to the beach, just in some 50 metres. Having enough space for eight adults, this a wonderful option for a family or friends´ trip to Costa Brava. There are four comfortable bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Three bedrooms are furnished with twin beds (a child´s bed can be added upon request), the fourth one is outfitted with a queen-size bed. Three bathrooms are euqipped with a sink, wc and a shower, while the fourth has a bathtub with a shower faucet. The living-dining area is perfectly suitable both for adults and children. There is a TV with international channels, a DVD-player, toys and games. The dining area has a sitting for eight people and a high chair (upon request). This beach jacuzzi house comprises a totally-equipped kitchen with various modern utensils, such as: a coffee-maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer, a hob, a microwave and all the needed-for-a-great-vacation tableware and cutlery. The luxury house is surrounded by a garden with a jacuzzi and a furnished lounge area with barbecue facilities, loungers and a table with eight garden chairs.

Estamos en la magnífica provincia de la Costa Brava, Girona. Si piensan
que es un lugar muy atrasado y rural, lleno de granjas pobres, estando
muy lejos de cualquier signo de civilización, se equivocan, porque esta
parte de España le dejará con la boca abierta de lo bueno que les pueda
ofrecer. Olvídense de la rutina diaria y sumérjanse en sus sueños.
Acérquense al arte y visiten Cadaques, el pueblo de los pescaderos, un
refugio de Salvador Dalí, Pablo Picasso y Federico Garcia Lorca. Sienten
un misterio y ven a conocer Besalú y su puente romano famoso. Toquen la
arquitectura medieval de Peratallada y aspiren las aromas embriagantes
de las hierbas que aroman el aire durante el Festival de Hierbas. Miren a
Plafrugell y exploren sus calles estrechas, fortificadas en sus
tiempos. Visiten la iglesia Sant Martí construida en el siglo XI. Vayan a
ver Llafranc amado por Salvador Dalí y Ernest Hemingway y paseen a lo
largo de la orilla. Visiten varios museos y galerías. Conozcan los
lugares secretos de la costa peñascosa de Tamariu y Begur y báñense en
las aguas cristalinas que se consideran las más puras de la región.
Nunca se olvidarán de las peñas gigantescas cubiertas de la pineda, que
rompen el agua. No pueden irse de la Costa Brava son ver el convenio
Sant Pere de Rodes, ubicado en El Port de la Selva. Muévense a L´Escala y
conozcan su port acogedor con los barcos y yates pequeños. Toquen las
ruinas de Ampurias. Sean deportistas y jueguen al golf, tenis de mesa,
hagan snorkelling y pesquen. Monten los caballos y hagan diving. Háganse
sommeliers por un tiempo y degusten varios vinos deliciosos de la
región, mímense probando comida gourmet y hagan muchas otras cosas que
siempre querrían hacer pero no tenían tiempo, ahora lo hay.

Additional Information
Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5
EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every
guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Limpieza final: Is to be done upon your departure.

Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. On arrival shall be paid the Balance together with the Security
Deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no
damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation one (1) month before
the arrival date (or less): 100% of the total rental price shall be paid.
