This wonderful luxury villa Ibiza is one of the finest rental homes of the island. Located on the west coast, just five minutes from the beaches of Cala Salada and Punta Galera, the Ibiza vacation rental enjoys magnificent sea views. Laid out over 660 m2 on a 4 ha terrain, the modern villa houses up to 14 people and offers its guests a carefree stay. Benefiting from a practical layout, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a tasteful dining room. The first floor houses three sea view bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a reading area, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, and has access to two terraces. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and a lounge area with a working desk. The room opens onto a terrace. The third bedroom on this floor offers a king-size bed and benefits from a terrace overlooking the garden. Its bathroom is fitted with a shower. Four other bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One of them features a king-size bed, another one has two single beds, while the other two enjoy queen-size beds. The latter ones have a terrace that opens onto the garden and accesses the pool. The former two bedrooms look over the woods and the citrus garden. All four bedrooms come with bathrooms with showers. The Ibiza luxury villa boasts a manicured garden with a pool area with sun loungers and parasols, a jacuzzi, a hammam and a gym with a power plate and a treadmill. The pool water does not contain chlorine. There is a professional summer kitchen with a BBQ, a plancha and a large table. The holiday rental in Ibiza is accessed by a private road and is absolutely secure that makes it a perfect place for a family or friends´ vacation in the Balearic islands.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. Six weeks (6) before
arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
The Security Deposit will be transfered back to you, should no damages
occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation six weeks before arrival or less, the full rent is not refundable. Failure to pay the sums due on time is considered to be a cancellation provoked by the Tenant.
