Luxury Villas Sardinia : Sitting among the fancy granite rocks, above the paradise-like white-sand beach, this exclusive modern house sleeps up to 18 people.
Surrounded by an impeccable garden that comprises an infinity pool and various outisde lounge areas. The villa consists of three houses: the Main House and two Guest Houses. You enter into the garden through the
electronic gates that will make your stay highly secure. Having arrived in the house, you will see a totally-equipped kitchen with a big hob, an oven, a microwave, and a staff room. Right next to the kitchen, there is a parquet-floored studio with a double sofa bed and a queen-size bed, a plasma TV, a spacious closet and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a faucet. There is a huge living-dining room in the luxury house. Covering the surface of 140 sq.m, the room overlooks the pool through the glass walls. You will have great time relaxing on the stylish and comfortable sofas and watching the wall TV. The dinig area is furnished with a big glass table for 12
people. Through a corridor you will get to the sleeping area of the house. There are three bedrooms in this part. The Master bedroom, the Orange,is furnished with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a safe, plasma TV. There is ans ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
The second bedroom, the Blue, also has a queen-size bed, a plasma TV, a safe, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. The third bedroom, the Pink, has twin beds, a plasma TV, a safe, a walk-in closet, a working area and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
All the bedrooms of this area open onto the garden. The Guest House is located next to the Main House. It has two ensuite bedrooms with a shower bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds. They have closets. This luxury place has a gym and a unique luxury, a SPA area with a sauna and jacuzzi. Next to it, you will find the second guest house with two double bedrooms. There is also a staff bedroom with a shower bathroom and a laundry area with a washing machine an a tumble dryer. Various outisde area, including the pool and barbeque, will not you get bored in the villa, creating a perfect ambience for a evening or night cocktail outside.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
