Benefiting from wonderful sea views and total privacy, this luxury holiday villa is a part of a bigger resort offering five-star facilities and services including a spa, several restaurants and bars, room service, gym and Internet cafe. There are three bedrooms sleeping five in total. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathrooms with a hydromassage bathtub and a walk-in shower. There is a separate WC. The second bedroom is laid out as a twin, while the third one is single. They share a walk-in shower bathroom. The living room has a sitting area with a TV with satellite channels, DVD/CD player and WIFI. The dining table seats six. The holiday home in Crete enjoys a totally equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a citrus squeezer, a hob, an oven, a microwave and various utensils. Outside, you will find a lounge area and an al-fresco dining for six. Also, there is a private swimming pool of about 55 m2 heated in April-mid May and in October. It features a hydromassage jets. There are sun loungers by the pool and umbrellas. BBQ can be arranged by the resort staff upon request.

Situated by one of the most famous tourist destinations of Crete, Agios Nikolaos, this holiday villa has an easy acces to shops, bars and restaurants of this town. Known primarily for its beaches and beautiful water, Lake Voulismeni, marina and its promenade, the town of Agios Nikolaos also has a church Panagia Kera and an Archaelogical Museum to offer to its guests. The villa is located within a 5 minutes´ drive from the town centre. It is adjacent to a five-star-hotel complex, but is not deprived of privacy. The complex benefits from a spa area with an indoor heated pool with hydro-jet bubble seats and a relaxation area, marble Turkish steam bath, a sauna, treatment rooms with a Jacuzzi tub and an affusion shower, a relaxation area, seawater pool for thalassotherpy, hydrojets and bubble loungers, mani-pedicure area. The fitness centre lying on the premises of the hotel includes a gym, changing rooms, shower roms and lockers. Water-sport activities are available. There are five restaurants and two bars on the premises.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 55%. The rest is payable 45 days before arrival either by wire transfer. For bookings made less than 45 days before arrival, the total amount shall be paid upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 50 days before arrival, 20% of the total amount will be retained. In case of cancellation less than 50 days but more than 45 days before arrival, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation less than 45 days before arrival, 65% of the total amount will be retained.
