This beach villa with a private pool and sea views in Crete, Greece, has it all for a successful vacation. The holiday home covers 200 m2 and has a garden of 5000 m2. Both living-dinign area and the a-fresco terrace enjoy stunning sea views over the Marathi bay. The luxury villa in Chania is distributed over two levels. The upper level houses the main entrance, a kitchen, a living room and a dining area. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, tableware, pots and pans. The living-dining room opens on a balcony with a lounge area overlooking the sea. It has a 3D TV with satellite channels, a music system and a games console. The floor houses a guest WC. Further on you will find two bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom. One of the rooms has a queen-size bed, the other one has twins. They share a small kitchenette. The lower level has further sleeping facilities. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master one has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedroms have queen-size beds and share a bathroom with a shower. The level is connected to a deck with fantastic views above the sea boasting a lounge area with sofas via bridge. The pool area is situated on the side. The swimming pool covers 50 m2 and enjoys a deck with loungers and umbrellas. The luxury holiday rental in Crete benefits from AC, n alarm, central heating, a table tennis and a BBQ.

The beach boasts crystal waters and is located in a protected bay. There is a small cafe, a traditional Cretan restaurants, lounges and umbrellas for sunbathing. Further beaches belong to the stunning Marathi bay including three wonderful beaches benefiting from several restaurants and a cafe. Chania centre with its small shops with traditonal Cretan and Greek souvenirs, cafes and various restaurants lies only 18 km away.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 45% in two steps (15% and 30%). The balance together with the Security deposit shall be paid six (6) weeks before arrival. The Security deposit will be wired back to you shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Al the cancellations shall be done in written to be considered valid. In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation between 60 and 31 days before arrival, 65% of the total rent will be retained. In case of cancellation between 30 and 16 days before arrival, 90% of the rentwill be retained. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, no show or an early dearture, 100% shall be retained.
