Situated in a small charming village within 10 km from Rethymnon, Crete, this vacation rental with a heated plunge pool would be a great escape for a family or a group of friends. With an easy access to all the modern facilities one might need for a carefree holiday, this Venetian palace sleeps 10. There is a kitchen connected to an al-fresco dining area at the entrance of the villa. It features a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a mirowave, a toaster, a coffee machine, ice cubes machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, utensils, pots and pans. The same floor (a couple of steps up) houses an indoor dining area, a living room with two sitting areas, a satellite TV, 3m cinema-projector with CD-DVD player and a surround sound system, a PC, a printer and WIFI. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. All the bedrooms come with AC and heating units. The ground floor houses two of them. One enjoys a queen-size bed, a minibar, a safebox and sea views. There is a bathroom with a bathtub with a shower faucet. Further on, there is a bedroom with a large single bed (140 cm) and a bedroom with twin beds and an additional single bunk bed. They share a bathroom with a bathtub with a shower faucet. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and enjoys a separate entrance. Its bathroom has a bathtub. The fifth bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed. The luxury vacation villa on Crete boasts a patio and a rooftop terrace with a BBQ. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Situated in Maroulas, a charming village lying within about 9 km from Rethymnon, on Crete, this country house has an easy access to all the modern facilities you might need. Maroulas has a population of no more than 300 people and a privileged poisiton above Rethymnon and the sea. Having lived two important invasions, the Venetians and the Turks, the architecture of Maroulas is a mix of the traditonal Cretan, Venetian and Anatolian elements captured in tombstones, towers and churches. The seaside Rethymnon located within a short drive from Maroulas is a bigger town founded in the Minoan times and known for having minted its own coins. The main must-sees of the town include the Rimondi Fountain, the Venetial loggia, the Old Town, Sultan Ibrahim Mosque, Megali Pyli gate and Agios Antonios Church.

Additional Information
Limpieza diaria: General daily cleaning six days a week is included.
Gastos de alquiler: Water, electricity, incoming calls on the local phone and Internet are included. Outgoing calls shall be paid apart.
Pool heating is NOT included and shall be paid apart at 150 EUR per night. Available between June 15th and September 15th.
Servicio de consierge: Traditional Greek appetizers are served at 18:00 daily.Wine selection is available upon request, the service implies a fee.
Sabanas y Toallas: Towels are changed daily, pool towels are changed every ther day.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total rent in two steps (20% and 30%). The rest is payable ONE (1) month before arrival. Security deposit of 500 EUR shall be left in cash at arrival and will be given back to you shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, 100% of the rent will be detained. All the canccellations shall be done in written. Failure to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation by the guests.
