The main house sleeps 12 in six bedrooms. All of them come with king-size beds. The master bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and direct access to the sauna. There is a safe box. The second bedroom benefits from a bathroom with a jetted bathtub with a shower faucet. The other four bedrooms share two bathrooms in the hall. Both of them are fitted with a bathtub with a shower faucet. The loft enjoys a king.size bed and a bathroom with a shower. The common areas include a living room with a fireplace, a dining area for 12, a kitchen and a wine cellar. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a breakfast area. The property s located within about 8 km from Ronda that consists of two parts, the Older Moorish Ronda and the newer town with the the breathtaking bridge Puente Nuevo between them. It has several Moorish palaces and Arabic walls, beautiful Cuenca Gardens, one of the most spectacular bullrings, Real Maestranza, and the best preserved Arabic Baths in Spain. Twenty kilometres from Ronda you will find another sightseeing point, an old Roman settlement, Acinipo, ruins. Malaga and its airport are about one hour and a half away while Marbella can be reached in more or less an hour and a quarter. Despite the fact it is very close, the road is winding so it will take some time to go down towards the sea.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. the Security Deposit will be wired back minus bank fees upon your departure, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
