Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving caf culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalua and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Additional Information

Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 4,4 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Check in/out policy

Check-in 14:00 - 19:00. Check-in between 19:00 and 00:00 has a surcharge of 25 EUR. Check-in after 00:00 has a surcharge of 50 EUR. Both are payable at arrival in cash.
Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent  in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 14 (fourteen) days before arrival or less, the total rent shall be paid.

Every thing was quite perfect. 2 negative point: 1)The terrace was not accessible because a lot of noise all the day du to work in process on the Diagonal street and nobody tell us before coming. Which is not correct. 2)The second bedroom was a little narrow and it was not mentioned in the description.
