This luxury penthouse in Barcelona enjoys a plunge pool, a sauna and a gym shared only with the other residents of the building. With 60 m2 of floors and a private terrace of 30 m2, it sleeps two guests in one bedroom. It is outfitted with a king-size bed and comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and stocked with perfect Molton Brown toiletries. There is a separate WC. The entertainment facilities include a tablet, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and WIFI. The living room enjoys a sitting area, a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen. There is a fridge freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, an oven, a hob, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. The laundry equipment features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment is soundproofed and enjoys a private access to the pool area. There is AC and a laptop-sized safety box. The building has a lift. The private terrace of this Barcelona luxury apartment rental has an al-fresco dining area and a solarium.

Located in the heart of Barcelona, this luxury vacation rental is a great option for those who want to have it all handy. Part of a building with a shared pool (only for the building residents), a sauna and a gym, the property enjoys proximity to many chic bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The famous Passeig de Gracia with its luxury boutiques lies only in a 4 minutes´walk as well as the charming cafe-lined Rambla de Catalunya. Such emblematic landmarks as La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, Casa Lleo Morera can be easily reached on foot, Sagrada Familia is situated a bit farther but can also be walked to without any problem. A drive to the beach in a cab will take you no more than 10 minutes, while a bus will bring you there in about 19 minutes.

Limpieza diaria: General daily cleaning is included.

Tasas: All the taxes except for the Tourist City Tax (2,48 EUR per persona and night for maximum 7 nights applicable to all the guests over 16 years old) are included.

Desayuno: Breakfast in the apartment is available upon request (not included).

Limpieza final: Final cleaning is included.

Otros: Gym is open 24 h a day. Parking space is available upon request (35 EUR a day) and is subject to availability.

Reception desk is covered from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
Please, note that sauna is NOT included (currently 50 EUR x 2 pax x 30 min, subject to changes following the property policies).

Check in/out policy

Check-in between 15:00 and 00:00.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

The rats are non refundable. In order to reserve the property you must pay the toal amount of the rent upon reservation with a credit card. The security deposit shall be guaranteed by a credit card at arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the total amount is non-refundable.
