Luxury Rentals Barcelona : This centrally-located apartment is situated in a renovated modernist building with a lift, right in the heart of the city, next to Paseo de Gracia, overlooking Diagonal Avenue. Still, you will be able to relax, not being disturbed by the street noise, as the apartment is soundproofed. All the living areas have parquet floors. This luxury apartment can house up to four people. There is bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a wc. In addition, you will find complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer there, so you cna forget about about carrying all the necessary personal care products with you. The other bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower with two faucets, a standard one and a rainforest, and a toilet. The living-dining room has a sofa-bed with satellite channel, DVD-player and an iPod-dock station. The apartment has an open-plan, totally-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker, kettle, fridge, freezer and all the utensils and cutlery that you might need to cook and enjoy your meal. There is a dining area in the living room that sits up to four people. The bedrooms can be separated from this part of the apartment by closing the sliding door. Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful area to wander around, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Payment Policy
Para alquilar la propiedad hay que pagar un depósito de reserva del 20% del precio total de alquiler. Cuando entren, hay que pagar el resto junto con la fianza mediante una tarjeta de crédito o en efectivo.
Cancellation Policy
En caso de cancelación de la reserva el depósito de reserva no es reembolsable.
En caso de cancelación de la reserva 72 horas (o menos) antes de la llegad: hay que abonar la primera noche de la estancia.
