The bedrooms are outfitted with double beds one of them can be split into two, a baby cot can be provided upon request. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower; you will find complimentary toiletries there. The kitchen offers the guests a complete set of the kitchenware and tableware. There are plenty of electric appliances that are indispensable for a short or midterm stay. There is a fridge and a freezer, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card. For non refundable bookings, 100% of the rent shall be paid upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date: the amount of the first night is to be paid. For non-refundable rates, in case of cancellation, no amount shall be refunded.
