Impeccable in design, this holiday rental is on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift and has all the amenities for a comfortable vacation in Barcelona. Filled in with renowned furniture pieces and with its fantastic molding ceilings, the property will become a great choice for the gentlemen of art. It sleeps up to four guests. There are two bedrooms, both come with private en-suite bathrooms. One of them is fitted with a king-size bed, while the other one is fitted with twin beds that can be pushed together upon request to make a king-size bed. Both enjoy Egyptian cotton sheets. The living area opens on a small French balcony with views over Paseo de Gracia. There is a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen featuring all the modern amenities you might need and kitchenware. The luxury holiday rental in Barcelona enjoys a 24 h reception, AC, WIFI and a spa area on the rooftop shared with the other guests of the building. There is a Finnish sauna, a massage and treatments room, a water bed and a bar.

You will find there the renowned Casa Mila, or La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, Casa Lleo Morera, Casa Amatller, Casa Bonet, Casa Mulleras and many other iconic buildings appearing on many postcards depicting this Mediterranean city. Rambla de Catalunya, another well-known city street, is located within a 2 minutes´walk from the apartment. It is riddled with nice cafes, restaurants and bars. The area enjoys an easy access to public transportation and plenty of taxis, so that you will always be able to travel around and visit any other neighborhoods of Barcelona. Sagrada Familia is only 15 minutes´walk away and Parc Guell can be reached in a 10 minutes´drive.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay the reservation deposit of 15% via credit card plus 50% via bank transfer (65% of the rent in total) in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash or by credit card. For non-refundable rates, 100% shall be paid upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
