It is a totally renovated three-bedroom Barcelona apartment for rent located in a modernist building in the city centre. Protected from the street noise, it offers you a great vacation in Barcelona. Pay attention to the beautiful traditional hydraulic mosaic floors, that keep the guests of the city amazed. This luxury place sleeps up to five people in three bedrooms. One of them has a single bed and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a shower and a wc. The other two bedrooms have double beds. Further on there is spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a bidet and a wc. This luxury air-conditioned apartment offers you a totally-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer and all the utensils and cutlery that you might need. There is a fridge and a freezer, an oven, a hob, a microwave oven, a coffee-machine. The dining area sits up to five people. The living room has a sitting TV area with a DVD. There is WIFI and a direct telephone. The apartment features an iron and an iron board. If you are coming by car, you will be able to use a public parking nearby. Please, note there are several units of this type in the building. The reality and the photos might slightly change but amenities and general style will be respected.

Paseo de Gracia is a place where stores, shops, boutiques, restaurants, terraces and public transport can be found. It is well connected by major underground and bus routes. Staying at Paseo de Gracia will be assured by easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and a great spot to explore everything that this fantastic city has to offer. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in the area called Eixample which is the hart of Barcelona. This area is made up mostly of wide, open boulevards filled with modernist architecture. Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date: the amount of the first night is to be paid.
