One is a suite furnished with a double bed. The room has a table that will be very suitable if you are coming for work to Barcelona or simply cannot leave your work behind. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The other bedroom has two single beds that, upon request, can be converted into a 180-cm bed. The third bedroom is located closer to the apartment entrance. It s a triple room with three single beds, two of which, upon request, can be converted into a 180-cm bed. Nearby you will find the other bathroom furnished in the elegant French style. It is also equipped with a shower. The living-dining room features a TV area with a stereo system, two lovely decorative balconies overlooking the wonderful Rambla de Catalunya. Here you have two sofas (a big leather one and a sofa bed). There will be no trouble for you in eating all together in the dining area as there is a huge oak dining table (3 m long) with chairs upholstered with velvet around. Take your time and have a great dinner prepared in the kitchen. It will be a great pleasure for you to cook there as it has all the possible amenities you may need. There is a fridge freezer, an oven, a blender, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, a hob, a microwave, various utensils, kitchenware and tableware. The laundry facilities include an iron and an ironing board and a washer. It is a perfect apartment in a perfect location, exactly what can make your trip unforgettable.

The apartment is located on the famous and elegant Rambla de Catalunya street in Eixample area. It is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful district to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalua and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 18% of the total rent. The balance shall be paid upon arrival together with the security deposit. A cc can be requested as a guarantee against cancellations upon reservation. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is not refundable. A credit card can be requested as a guarantee against cancellations upon reservation.
