As a personal touch the wall has been decorated by an interior designer giving the property a really nice and stylish look. Next is the fully equipped kitchen including a washing drying machine, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen equipment to prepare anything you want even for a mini event. Also not to forget the marvelous swimming pool as part of this building of which we are sure you will try during your stay. The Poblenou District is one of the most traditional areas in Barcelona. Its main street is Poblenou Street (pedestrian street) which also is the heart of this district. Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent in cash.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable, plus additional 10% shall be paid. In case of force majeure situation (disease or accident), the Owner keeps the additional 10% paid for some other dates (subject to availability).
