It is perfect for those who are looking to have more amenities and space than a city apartment can offer yet being within a close drive to the city. Also, the first beach, el Masnou, is only 9 minutes drive away. The villa enjoys a private garden, a fitness area, an outdoor pool, an interior pool and a full set of indoor amenities for a great vacation or business trip. There is AC, WIFI, some rooms also have ventilators, alarm, Bang & Olufsen sound system.

Only around 19 km to Barcelona centre, this home is the place to be for those who wants to enjoy a spacious house with a garden and a private pool yet being close to Barcelona town. Alella centre is only a short drive away. it houses a couple of shops and some cafes. There are further shops, cafes and restaurants sitting in the nearby towns but for a wider and more cosmopolitan variety of amenities, you shall head towards Barcelona.
