Bedroom 4: double bed (150 x 200 cm), bathroom with a shower shared with bedroom 3, 5.
Bedroom 5: bunk beds (2 x 90 x 190 cm), bathroom with a shower shared with bedroom 4.
There is an additional WC in the main house and another one by the pool area.

The common areas include a living room with a sitting area, a TV, a fireplace and a small office area. Also, there is a dining room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen features a central island both ideal for cooking and breakfast. It features a coffee maker, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, kitchenware and tableware.
Also, the house enjoys a multipurpose area with a couple of static bicycles.
Outdoors
The house enjoys fantastic sea views and great outdoor area. There is a private pool of 350.000 l of water of 20 x 7 x 1,5 -4 m. There is a private tennis court.
The property enjoys several chill-out areas and an al-fresco dining area plus an oven BBQ.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date or in case of no show: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
All cancellations shall be done in written by email.
