This Barcelona vacation villa sits in Badalona area just 10 minutes´ drive from Barcelona town centre. This city boasts a wide range of entertainment options, eateries and sightseeing spots. So this house is perfect for those looking for privacy and easy access to Barcelona. It sits in a private gated residence with 24 h security. The street is private. Also, the property enjoys smart-house system. In other words, there is screen control for climate, blinders, lights etc. The home has a lift that turns off and brings you to the closest floor in case of the electricity cut. The car parking is available on street that is practically private because it is cul de sac.
The house has 1000m2 of floors. There are five floors, three of which have living areas.
First floor
This level houses the entrance with a half-walled hall. You access the lift and the staircase there. The first bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a double bed of 150 cm and a bathroom.
Second floor
Further on, the next floor has four guest bedrooms. Two of them are en-suite, while the other two share a bathroom. The en-suite bedrooms have queen-size beds of 160 cm. The third bedroom has two beds of 135 cm each. While the fourth bedrooms features two single beds of 90 cm. Moreover, there is a gym of 100 m2 and an office of 20 m2. The latter one has a meeting table. In addition, it has access to a small vertical garden.
Third floor
This floor enjoys the master bedroom. It covers 247m2 and an XXL bed of 3 x 2 m. There is massage bed, a movie projector, reading area, breakfast area. The antique bath is a decoration piece. In addition, there is a Turkish bath and a big make-up area. Finally, the room has access to the garden and a chill-out.
Upper floor
This level houses the common areas. There is a spacious living-dining area. The dining table has a seating for 14. The room overlooks both the sea and the mountains. Further on, there is guest WC and a kitchen. The latter one features all the electric appliances one might need. In addition, there is a spacious storage space. The floor has access to the vertical garden.
Outdoors
Furthermore, outside there is a garden of 2500 m2. It benefits from a pond, a waterfall, BBQ area and a chill-out. Moreover, there is an organic kitchen garden. The swimming pool is 2,5 x 10 x 3 m. It has windows overlooking the master suite.

This villa to rent in Barcelona sits in a private residence in Badalona. It is just 20 minutes from Barcelona centre. This city offers a vast sightseeing offer. Furthermore, there are plenty of good restaurants. The city has many boutiques and various shops. Furthermore, Badalona has several shops, supermarkets and cafes.
Further on, the beach is only 10 minutes´ drive away. It has several beach bars and restaurants.

Limpieza final: Final cleaning is included.
Otros: Pond filtration is done every three days in summer and every week in winter. Pool maintenance is done every week in summer and every two weeks in winter. The gardener comes every week on Monday. Smoking is completely prohibited. Fine for smoking in is 1000 EUR. Please, note that some terraces and staircase have ramps but no glass behind and the staircase is floating.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date or in case of no show: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
All cancellations shall be done in written by email.
