Luxury Villas Costa Blanca : This three-storey holiday home is located in the area of Javea, on the Costa Blanca within 2 km from the beach and enjoys fantastic views over Javea and its bay. The villa sleeps up to 10 people. There are five impeccably furnished bedrooms, all come with ensuite bathrooms; and a guest toilet. Laid out with king-size beds, the bedrooms offer you a some perfect relaxation time. The house features a totally equipped kitchen with a six-burners hob, two ovens, a microwave, a steamer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and many electric appliances needed for a comfortable stay. A traditional furnished Andalusian courtyard and a living room with a TV and fireplace lie next to the kitchen. The luxury villa features a dining area that holds up to 16 people, another living room with a sitting area and piano accessing a terrace, a studio and a games room with a pool table, computer games, pinball, a private cinema and a bar. Outside, there is a covered lounge with a private pool (18 x 10 m) featuring a sunbathing area and a shower. The house is equipped with AC, underfloor heating, wifi, an alarm system and an interphone entry system.

Payment Policy
Para alquilar la propiedad hay que pagar un depósito de reserva del 50% (dividido en dos partes: al principio se paga el 20%, después se paga el 30%) del precio total de alquiler. Un mes antes de la llegada hay que pagar el resto junto con la fianza. La fianza se devuelve después de la salida si no hay destrozos y desperfectos de la propiedad.
Cancellation Policy
En caso de cancelación de la reserva más de un mes antes de la llegada el depósito de reserva no es reembolsable. En caso de cancelación de la reserva un mes (o menos) antes de la llegada: 100% del coste de alquiler no es reembolsable.
