This Costa Brava vacation apartment rental is situated 500 m from the beach and Llafranc in a community with a shared pool with a children´s area, a tennis and gardens. Llafranc houses a lot of beachside restaurants, cafes and bars and has several grocery and souvenir shops. The Costa brava house rental enjoys 150 m2 of floors and is distributed over three levels. Three are four bedrooms sleeping six adults and four children. The master bedroom has a double bed of 150 x 190 cm and enjoys access to a terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a separate WC. Two further bedrooms are fitted with twin beds (90 x 190 cm in one bedroom and 100 x 190 cm in the other bedroom). One of them enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to a balcony. The other one shares a hall bathroom with the double bedroom described above. The last bedroom comes with two bunk beds and a rolling bed and will be good for children. The common areas include a fully fitted kitchen and a living-dining room opening on the terrace. The kitchen features a gas hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, kitchenware and tableware. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a garage.

Grocery shops can be found in Llafranc, there is an organic-foods supermarket within an 8 minutes´ drive. Calella de Palfrugell is only 8 minutes drive away, as well as Tamariu known for its crystal-like waters and stunning rocky slopes. Costa brava airport can be reached in 45 minutes by car, while Barcelona is only 1 h 25 minutes away.

Additional Information

Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Sabanas y Toallas: Bedlinen and Towels are NOT included and shall be paid apart at 16 EUR per person and set.

Limpieza final: Final cleaning is included.

Otros: Wifi is available upon request and is NOT included and shall be paid apart at 50 EUR per week. Baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for 35 EUR per week and unit. 

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:30 - 20:00.
In case of a late arrival, please, contact us to get the instructions for how to get the keys.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security Deposit will be guaranteed with a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
