Begur, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugelll, pals and many other sought-after villages of Costa Brava are within an easy reach from the house. The property sleeps 8 people.

Lower floor
This level houses the parking area and an entrance hall.
First floor
You will find the sleeping area here. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: double bed, en-suite bathroom with a small tub with a shower faucet, access to a terrace.
Bedroom 2: double bed, bathroom with a shower shared with bedroom 3, access to a terrace.
Bedroom 3: double bed, bathroom with a shower shared with bedroom 2, access to a terrace.
Bedroom 4: master, double bed, bathroom with a shower, access to a terrace.
Second floor
This level enjoys plenty of natural light. It houses a sitting area, a totally equipped kitchen with a dining area and guest WC.
Outdoors
The sitting room opens on a terrace featuring a pool and a chill-out area. Further on, the dining area opens on another terrace with a an al-fresco dining table and BBQ.
There are several garden areas on different levels. It is a rocky terrain, its terraces are connected by stairs, the children must be supervised at all times.

This modern villa rental Costa Brava sits in Aigua Xelida, just 1,5 km away from the town and beach of Tamariu. The road there is walkable but it is a hilly area so the road goes up and down all the time and it has no pathway for the walkers.
Tamariu town enjoys several small shops and cafes offering some first-need facilities. For a wider offer, you shall head towards Begur or Palafrugell. The first one lies around 13 minutes´ drive away, while the latter one is about 20 minutes away. Begur, sitting atop of a hill and offering stunning views, is known for its chic cafes and small shops. It is a perfect place for a lovely dinner out in summer.
Palafrugell is a bigger town of Costa Brava. It offers a wide range of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants of all types to all tastes. If you are looking for international foods, organic foods or halal, you shall head towards Palafrugell.
The capital of Catalonia, Barcelona, is around 1 h 40 minutes´ drive away, while Girona, the capital of the province boasting great architectural and historical gems is only 1 h drive away from the house.
Barcelona airport is reachable in 1 h 40 minutes, while Girona airport is about 55 minutes´ drive away.
