Ground floor

This level houses the garage, access to the lift, a laundry and a WC. The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer.

First floor

Further on, the first floor houses the living areas. There is a spacious living-dining room  benefiting form stunning sea views. There is an open-plan totally equipped kitchen. It enjoys direct access t the BBQ area. The space opens on a terrace. It features an al-fresco dining table and a swimming pool of 8 x 4 m. 

Second floor

The sleeping area is upstairs. The second floor houses three bedrooms. One of the is an en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed. Its bathroom enjoys a bathtub and a shower. Further on, there is a bedroom with a double bed and and twin bedroom. They share a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and a WC. The latter bedroom enjoys access to terraces benefiting form wonderful sea views.

Third floor

This level has the master bedroom. It comes with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Further on, there is a bedroom with bunk beds. It comes with a bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms enjoy access to a terrace. the same floor enjoys a kitchenette.

Several other well-known villages are located within a short drive. Pals is around 20 minutes´ drive away, while both Llafranc and Begur are around 11 minutes away. For golfers, there is Platja de Pals golf within 24 minutes drive and Emporda Golf is around 27 minutes away.

Additional Information

Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Servicio de consierge

Limpieza final: A final cleaning for stays of one week and over is included. A final cleaning for shorter stays shall be paid apart, 100 EUR.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Friday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
