This luxury villa in Begur is a perfect vacation rental for a big group. It benefits from direct access to the beach through a side door. It boasts wonderful views over Platja Fonda beach and the sea. With its ultimate interior design married with traditional Catalan elements, the Costa Brava villa rental has it all for a perfect vacation. There is a private swimming pool, several outdoor lounge spaces, well-appointed living spaces, AC and underfloor heating. The house entertainment facilities include smart TV with international channels, WIFI and a sound system. The property consists of two separate buildings - the main house and a guest house.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa enjoys 8 bedrooms. The main villa houses 4 of them, the other 4 are in the guest house. All the bedrooms have AC and some space for clothes. The house accepts groups of up to 14 people.

- The main house

The master suite comes with a 2 x 2m double bed. Its bathroom has double vanity, a free-standing bathtub and a separate shower. The room benefits from access to a private terrace and stunning sea views. The second bedroom has a king-size bed that can be split into twins of 90 cm each, upon request. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower faucet. Further on, the third bedroom also comes with a king-size bed and can be laid out as a twin bedroom. Its en-suite bathroom has a shower. The room has a small terrace. All three rooms are upstairs. The fourth bedroom sits on the ground floor and benefits from direct access to the garden. It has a king-size bed that can be split into twins. Its bathroom has a shower.

- Guest house

Further on, the guest house features 4 further bedrooms. The first one comes with a king-size bed. It sits on the ground floor and has a bathroom with a shower. The other bedrooms are upstairs. The second room features a king-size bed that can be laid out as a twin bedroom. Its bathroom also enjoys a shower. The room benefits from a small terrace. The other 2 bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds. One of them has a normal-sized terrace, the other one has a small terrace. Both have en-suite bathrooms. One has a shower, while the other one comes with a tub with a shower faucet.

Living areas

The house common areas include a living-dining room with an open-plan spacious kitchen and a gym. The living room comes with a sitting area and a dining table. The kitchen enjoys a large island for breakfast and food preparation. It features a microwave, a blender, a kettle, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge freezer, a toaster, a coffee machine, kitchenware and tableware. The gym has a static bicycle, a treadmill, a bench and some free weights and kettlebells. It also enjoys a TV. There is a guest WC and a sauna.
Finally, the house has a laundry area fitted with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Outdoors

The villa boasts a private swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. On its side, there is a sheltered dining area with a BBQ. Also, there is a table tennis and a basketball hoop. The house has a covered parking for 2 cars and uncovered one for further 2 cars.

This wonderful house sits in Begur right by Platja Fonda beach. It enjoys direct access to the beach through a side door. The walk will take you around 3 minutes. The other beaches of the area including Platja de Fornells, Aiguablava, Sa Tuna and Sa Riera can be reached by car within a short time.
The nearest restaurants is just about 5 minutes walk away, it is in Aiguablava. Further on, for more chic eating out facilities, visit the medieval town of Begur lying about 10 minutes´ drive away. For the supermarket, the nearest one is at the entrance of Begur, for more variety, you shall head towards Palafrugell. It has several big supermarkets including and organic foods one.
The villages of Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell so much beloved by the locals are about 17 minutes away. The house several cozy restaurants and cafes sitting along the sea line and small narrow streets typical for the Catalan fisherman villages of the past times.
Costa Brava airport sitting by Girona is about 50 minutes´ drive away, while Barcelona airport is around 1 h 35 minutes drive away as well as the city itself.

Tasas:

All the taxes except for the Tourist Tax (0,9 - 1,5 EUR per person and night for maximum 7 nights and all the guests of 16 yo and older) are included in the price.

The property reserves the right to apply ecological utilities consumption policies of water and electricity (restrictions) in case of city hall restrictions imposed on the area.

Limpieza semanal:

For stays of 1 week and over, 3 weekly cleanings of 3 hours are included.
Stays of over 1 week includes a full linen change each week.

Limpieza final:

Final cleaning is included.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 18:00. 
Check-out before 10:00. 
Changeover day in summer is Saturday. All other periods are flexible. 

Payment Policy

In order to book the property, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. 
The balance (50%) shall be paid together with the Security deposit against damages no later than 1 month before arrival.  
The security deposit will be wired back to the guests´ account minus bank fess within maximum 2 weeks after the guests´ departure, shall no damages occur to the property. 
Bank fees must be borne by the guests.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable. 
In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained.
