This cozy villa rental Costa Brava sits by Blanes within a short walk from several beaches including Cala Francesc and Blanes beach. Moreover, Blanes town is only 15 minutes´ walk away. It enjoys many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and water-sports equipment rentals. The house dates back to 60s but it was totally renovated in 2015. The villa was designed by a famous Catalan architect Josep Antoni Balcells and enjoys characteristic features of the period like huge windows, interior patios and cantilevers. The house features several design furniture pieces including butterfly chair, lamps of Miguel Mila, Gustav Becker clock and many others.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa comes with 4 main bedrooms. Two of them come with en-suite bathrooms and terraces. One of the bedrooms has a double bed of 150 x 195 cm, while the other one has twin beds of 90 x 200 cm each. The other two rooms share a bathroom. One of them features two single beds of 90 x 200 cm while the other one has bunk beds for 4 people (90 x 200 cm each). It is a great room for children or teenagers. All the bathrooms have WC and showers.
There is a possibility of having an additional, service, bedroom for 1 person with a bathroom located on the lower floor. Please, enquire.
Living areas
The common spaces include a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The living room has two spaces. Both feature sitting areas and fantastic sea views. One has a TV and a fireplace. There are books and board games. Further on, the room leads to a dining area that opens on a small interior patio. It comfortably seats 8 people. The kitchen is open-plan. It enjoys a hob, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, an electric oven, a fridge, a coffee maker, a blender, kitchenware and tableware. There is a breakfast table for 8 people.
Downstairs, there is a multipurpose room that can be used as a games room or for some indoor sports activities like yoga. There is a table football and a table tennis. Also, there are laundry facilities including a washing machine and a dryer.
Outdoors
Outside, the luxury villa rental Costa Brava enjoys a private garden and an infinity swimming pool of 11 x 3m with salt water surrounded by a deck.

Blanes centre has a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes. The first restaurant lies only about 6 minutes´ walk away. The house benefits from proximity to the Botanical gardens Mar i Murtra that lie right by.
Costa Brava airport is around half an hour drive away while Barcelona is no further than 1 h drive away. It makes this property a perfect vacation rental for those wishing to combine beach and the city.
