It is ideal for a family retreat away from it all and for people looking for total privacy. The luxury Cadaques villa rental is situated 200m above the sea level and is accessed via a cared dirt road, so a SUV would be preferable. Cadaques is only 4 km away. The property consists of the main house, a cottage and an annex. The main house is distributed over two floors. The ground floor features a two-spaced living room with a sitting area, a totally equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom benefiting from a private entrance. It has access to the terraces. The kitchen has a breakfast table for six and features a fridge freezer, an oven, a hob, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, tableware, cutlery and kitchenware. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The same floor has a small bathroom with a shower. The upper floor houses the sleeping area. You will find the master bedroom of 50 m2 with a dressing area and a fireplace there. It is fitted with a king-size bed. Further on, there is one more bedroom with twin beds that can be pushed together upon request to make super king-size bed (2 x 2 m). The bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a double sink. There is a small TV room with a DVD. The main house is surrounded by a beautiful terrace furnished with sun beds, tea tables and dining tables for 14 people. There is a BBQ. The annex features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted and enjoys a dining area for six. The property is completely sustainable and enjoys solar panels and a water well. There is satellite TV and WIFI. It is located on a plot of 13 ha and is surrounded by a garden and benefits form a plunge pool.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
