This countryside house sits by Corca, a small village of Ampurdan. It enjoys a couple of convenience shops and cafes. The property is a traditional restored masia that benefits from beamed ceilings and stone walls that give it a special charm. The villa enjoys a spacious garden with a private swimming pool nd a wonderful tree-lined alley leading to the entrance. This luxury home Costa Brava enjoys heating tht makes it a perfect place for winter holidays.
Ground floor
The lower level features a totally equipped kitchen with access to a terrace. Further on, the same floor houses a laundry with a washer/dryer and a drying rack. In addition, there is a games room and a guest WC.
First floor
This level comes with a spacious living-dining room, a kitchen with access to a covered terrace, and 5 bedrooms. 3 of them feature queen-size beds, one comes with a double bed and the other one enjoys 3 bunk beds. The latter one is a perfect place for the children. The level has 2 bathrooms with showers.
Second floor
Further on, there are 2 more doble bedrooms upstairs. Both enjoy private bathrooms and sitting areas. The house is perfect for 12 adults and 6 children, so 18 people in total.
Outdoors
As all the masias in Catalonia, this house enjoys a big garden. It has a BBQ and an al-fresco dining table. Right by, there is a small chill-out area. The villa rental enjoys a private swimming pool with loungers.

This house sits in by Corca. It is a small Costa Brava village with a couple of cafes and restaurants and a convenience shop. The village houses one of the most known restaurants of the area, Bo.TIC. For supermarkets, there is the region capital Bisbal de Ampurdan reachable within about 10 minutes by car.
For leisure activities, there is a golf club Emporda Golf just within 17 minutes by car and Pitch and Putt Gualta, about 13 minutes away. The beaches of Estartit and Gola del Ter are about 20 - 25 minutes away, respectively.
