Benefiting from sea views, this beach house Costa Brava is located in Llafranc, right by Calella de Palafrugell. Both are known as some of the best areas of Costa Brava. It sits right on the beach and its lower floor door opens on the sea and the beach. Llafranc village centre is just some steps away. Its beachside is full of cafes and restaurants.
The house has four floors and sleeps up to 8 adults plus 2 children in sofa beds, upon request. Three floors have living areas, while the 4th one has a moorage and access to the beach.
Main floor
The main floor houses a dining room and a furnished terrace boasting wonderful sea views. Further on, there is a totally equipped kitchen featuring a gas hob, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, kitchenware and tableware. Moreover, the same floor has a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm). It comes with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Further on, there is a bedroom with twin beds and another bathroom with a shower.
Upper floor
The upper floor enjoys a studio with two sofa beds and a TV area. It is a perfect space for children that want to have some private space.
Lower floor
The lower floors feature 2 en-suite bedrooms with shower bathrooms. One of them comes with a king.size bed of 180 x 190 cm, while the other one enjoys a queen-size bed of 160 x 190 cm. Both rooms boast lovely sea views, one of them enjoys a private terrace. There is one floor below that. It has a mooring area and a direct access to Llafranc beach (a door with a code). There is a garage 200 m away from the luxury apartment Costa Brava.Layout

Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
