The property consists of the main house and a guest house located on a plot of 1200m2. Main house
The main house sleeps 4 people. It features 3 floors covering around 478 m2. The floors are connected by a lift.
The lower floor houses a kitchen with a fireplace opening on the terrace, a dining room and a guest WC. The same level houses a staff room and a pantry.
The middle floor features another WC, a lviing room with a fireplace, a sitting room with an office area and a bedroom with a bathroom.
The upper floor houses the huge master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, an office, a dressing area and a Pilates reformer gym area.
Guest house
This area enjoys around 130 m2. It sits on the other side of the garden and the pool. The unit is though for 2 people. The space houses a kitchen, a living room, a dining area and an en-suite bedroom with a dressing area.

The property enjoys a garden with a private swimming pool, a BBQ and a chill-out area. The parking space has a EV charger (available upon request).

This restored home sits in the heart of the village of Rupia beloved by the visitors of Baix Emporda. Small and cozy, the village offers a couple of shops and a bar. For more services, one shall head towards la Bisbal d Emporda, the main town of the area. It enjoys several cafes, restaurants, a couple of supermarkets and shops. For those of you that want to explore Girona and it s cathedral, Arabic baths, Jewish quarter and other spots, it s just about 35 minutes drive away.
The first beach is about 20 minutes drive away. You can chose between Gola del Ter and Estartit.

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival along with the damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the reservation deposit is not refundable.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, or in case of no-show, the total rent is non-refundable.
