This seaside villa sits between Cadaques and Port Lligat. Benefiting from fantastic sea views and access to the sea with a rocky bed, the house is ideal for a family vacation and those looking to have a serene stay. The villa enjoys 3 swimming pools, 2 of them are outdoor and the 3d one is an indoor heated pool. The house is built on 2 levels. There is an independent annex on the premises that will be occupied by the staff living in.
Lower floor
This level enjoys 3 bedrooms and the spa area and a staff room.
Bedroom 1: twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed (90 x 190 cm each), en-suite bathroom with a shower, sea views, access to a terrace.
Bedroom 2: twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed (90 x 190 cm each), en-suite bathroom with a shower, sea views, access to a terrace.
Bedroom 3: double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower faucet (90 x 190 cm each), sea views, access to a terrace.
Bedroom 4: staff room, twin beds (90 x 190 cm each).
The same floor features the spa area with a heated pool, hammam and a shower.
Upper floor
This area houses the house entrance hall located on the other side of the main living area. The latter one enjoys fantastic sea views and a cozy sitting area with a fireplace. Some steps up, there is the indoor dining area. Further on, there is an office room next to the living room. It features a sitting area with a TV and a writing desk. The same floor houses the master bedroom featuring 2 bathrooms, and a guest WC.
Bedroom 5: master, double bed of 200 x 200 cm, a bathroom with a shower, another bathroom with a bathtub, access to a terrace.
Outdoors
Seafront, the house offers fantastic views and access to a small cove with a rocky bed and a tiny coastal path perfect for hiking. The lower floor opens on a terrace featuring a 12 x 5 m swimming pool and a chill-out area. Also, it enjoys a sunbathing area.
The upper floor offers access to a parking suitable for 5 cars. Right on front of the main living room, there is another terrace with a sitting area and a smaller area with tables and chairs adjacent to the kitchen. In addition, there is an al-fresco dining area.
Further on, the upper floor offers another terrace with the second outdoor swimming pool of 11 x 4m.

This vacation villa sits between Cadaques and Port Lligat and enjoys fantastic sea views. The sea with a rocky bed is right down the house, there is a small beach within a couple of minutes´ walk. Cadaques town can be reached in about 25 minutes walking and around 8 minutes by car.
There is a small taxi boat stopping next to the house. It can bring you to the desert island in front of the house.
Cadaques is a charming seaside village in Costa Brava. It hosts small local shops and a lot of cozy and chic cafes and restaurants. Most of the beaches of the area are pebble.

Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in high season is Saturday, min stay is 7 nights. All the other periods are flexible with minimum stay between 2 and 5 nights.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
