This Costa Brava luxury vacation villa rental is situated in a community with a private beach. It enjoys proximity to Tossa de Mar with its shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and a spacious 2500 m2 garden. The Costa Brava holiday home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms and sleeps 9 adults and a child or teenager. The master bedrooms covers 50 m2 and benefits from a bathroom finished in marble and onyx with a Jacuzzi bath, a direct access to the terrace. Two further bedrooms enjoy double beds and en-suite bathrooms, the last two bedrooms come with a single bed each. They share a bathroom. Finally, there is an apartment boasting an independent entrance, a bathroom and a kitchenette. All the bedrooms have TV and AC. The common areas of the luxury villa rental Costa Brava include a living room of 50 m2 with a sitting area and a 60-inch TV and a fireplace. There is a kitchen with a dining area covering other 50 m2. It is perfectly fitted for a carefree vacation in Costa Brava and features fantastic Gaggenau appliances including a coffee machine, a microwave oven, a wine rack, an oven, a dishwasher, a hob and many others. Great spot for the area exploration, you can visit Theatre-Museum Dali in Figueres, his house in Port Ligat, Cadaques, also known as the shelter of Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. For the Roman heritage, you can visit Besalu located within about 1 h 5 min drive and enjoy the medieval architecture of Peratallada. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. For natural beauty, check the coves of Lloret de Mar, Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Enjoy the marvelous views of the enormous vertical cliffs getting down into the sea and covered with pine trees. Don´t forget about the impressive Costa Brava monastery Sant Pere de Rodes, located en El Port de la Selva. Move on to L´Escala and visit its port full of small ships. Pass by Ampurias ruins. Be a sportsman and play golf and table-tennis, do snorkelling or deep-sea fishing. Go horse-riding or diving. Become a sommelier for some time and taste delicious wine, indulge yourself and go for gourmet food and do a lot of other things that you have always wanted but could´t find any time.

Additional Information
Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Gastos de alquiler: Electricity, water and Internet are included. Pool heating is NOT included and shall be paid apart.
Limpieza final: Final cleaning is included.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 45%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 6 months before the arrival, 15% of the total rent is non-refundable. In case of cancellation between 3 and 6 months before the arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 3 months before the arrival or less or in case of a no-show, 100% of the rent is non-refundable. Failure to pay the sums due on time are considered to be a cancellation provoked by the guests.
