Offering fantastic views over Sierra de Gredos mountains and housing a forest home to bores, ducks and deers, and lush greenery this property is unique in its type. Thanks to its wonderful setting and amenities, the villa offers a wide range of things to do from horse-riding to hunting experience. The estate comprises of the main house and a guest house. The whole property sleeps up to 26 people.
Main house
This part of the property enjoys a spacious sitting room divided into two chill-out areas with sofas, a bar and an African trophy corner. There are 3 fireplaces. The room enjoys wonderful mountain and countryside views and opens on the terrace.
Further on, the house features a living room with a TV and a sound system, a big fireplace, a bar area. Then, there is an office area with a TV, a PC, a printer, a writing desk and a sofa. The room enjoys AC and heating.
The dining room has 2 tables, for 12 people each. The main building enjoys 9 bedrooms, all of them are en-suite. All the bedrooms have been refurbished and enjoys TVs, AC and bathroom amenities.

Changeover day in summer is Saturday. All other periods are flexible, upon request.
Payment Policy
In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than one month before arrival together with the security deposit. The security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, if any, shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, early departure or no show, the total amount will be retained as a penalty.
