This Ibiza villa rental sits about 500 m from Cala Conta cove beloved for its crystal - clear water and white sand. It is built in an exclusive gated community with 24 h security featuring access to a spa. The house is within a short drive from Cala Codolar and Cala Bassa. The house features manicured lawns and flower gardens, sun-lit terrace with a 18m pool, a summer kitchen with a BBQ. There is Poliform indoor and Roda outdoor furniture, WIFI, AC throughout, a Sonos indoor and outdoor sound system. Also, the luxury villa features centrally controlled lightning, temperature and blackout blinders, as well as a safety box, an alarm, iPod docking stations and underfloor heating.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

It sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms plus 2 children in an additional small bedroom. The adult bedrooms are on the ground floor, the children room sits on the lower floor.  All the bedrooms are en-suite. The master bedroom has 37 m2 and enjoys a 4-poster king-size bed. The other four bedrooms have double beds and can be laid out as twins upon request. All of them are between 29 and 33 m2 and benefit from en-suite bathrooms with showers and access to the garden. Also, all the rooms come with Apple TVs with music and movie library and iPads.

Living areas

The common areas include a living room with a sitting area, a totally equipped kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen enjoys all the modern facilities one might need for a carefree vacation in Ibiza especially when coming with children. It has a microwave, an oven, a hob, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. There is a cooking island that can also be used for breakfast. The same floor has a steam room.
Downstairs, the luxury villa Ibiza enjoys a cinema room of about 25 m2 and the additional children room. Finally, there is a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.

Outdoors

Outside, there is a beautiful terrace with a 18 x 4 m pool and a sunbathing area and a shower. Also, the villa features an al-fresco dining area with a table for 12, and a summer kitchen with a gas BBQ. There is a parking for 3 vehicles.
The spa and gym area is shared with the other villas in the residential area and lies around 300 m away from the villa.

Situated by one of the most spectacular beaches of Ibiza, Cala Conta featuring sand dunes and stunning cliffs, with shallow clear water on one side and a deeper area on the other side, this luxury villa rental Ibiza is ideal for a family vacation. Another wonderful spot, the secluded small Cala Codolar cove featuring a small beach cafe hidden by the cliffs can be reached in about 7 minutes by car. 
The nearest restaurant is in Cala Bassa or Cala Conta. The nearest grocery shop is about 4 minutes´ drive away, while a bigger  supermarket sits in ibiza town. It lies only 26 minutes´ drive away and its airport is 28 minutes away.
Another bigger town of Ibiza, San Antonio is around 18 minutes away.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment.
10 (ten) weeks before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 10 (ten) weeks before the arrival date, the reservation deposit is not refundable. 
Cancellation 10 (ten) weeks before the arrival date or less, 100% of the total rental amount will be retained.
