This Ibiza modern villa rental is located in Roca Llisa - Santa Eulalia del Rio. The property sits in an exclsuive private gated community. The village of Santa Eulalia lies about 12 minutes´ drive away. The villa enjoys a wonderful pool lounge area with daybeds, sofas and armchairs. This house ifs perfect for family gatherings, film and photo shootings and fitness and yoga retreats. It boasts a fitness room, two swimming pools, a top-floor terrace and an outdoor yoga platform.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Perfect for a family, the villa sleeps 12 people. There are 6 bedrooms. All of them are en-suite and enjoy AC, LCD Tvs, iPod docking stations and WIFI access. They feature king-size beds. The bathrooms feature showers. Some bedrooms have access to private balconies.
Living areas
The living room comprises of a sitting area and a dining area. The former one has sofas and a tea table with chairs. It benefits from AC, WIFI and a large smart TV + PS4 + Entertainment system. The room benefits from French windows. The dining table seats 12 people. Also, there is a fully fitted open-plan kitchen with an oven, a hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, fridge freezer, wine cooler, kitchenware and tableware.
The fitness room has a cross training machine, free weights, yoga and stretching area. It benefits from a flat-screen TV and a music system. Finally, the luxury villa Ibiza has an office room with a desk, a stool and a TV.
The basement level houses a laundry handled by the staff.
Outdoors
This villa enjoys fantastic outdoor areas. It has 2 swimming pools, several lounge and sunbathing areas, a summer kitchen, an al-fresco dining area and a yoga deck. You can arrive at the deck by a path leading from the house garden. The deck is slightly elevated and is surrounded by water.
